Carter (aka Cogi)
Newly rescued, 3/20/09 – more info to come soon! Carter is a great, great dog!! He is 2 years old, 46lbs, friendly, sweet and just adores people and being petted!! He loves hugs, too! Carter is a smart boy, knows the command ‘sit’ and focuses well. He’s pretty easygoing, considering that he’s stuck in a cage for 23 long hours a day. He is curious about toys but seems unsure of what to do with them!! Carter is healthy, neutered and has passed all his temperment tests!! he hasnt been tested with cats, yet..
