Raider – Adopted! Thank you!

If you’re looking for an older pup who is past the pesky puppy stage, Raider might be for you. He came to the County Shelter scared out of his wits, but has learned that people can be nice to him and he’s come out of his shell.

Raider is in local foster care where we have had a chance to find out who he really is. Turns out this handsome, 7 month old lab mix boy is just a regular guy who is looking for a kind human to spend the rest of his life with. He’s a typical lab mix pup and has a lot of playful energy, loves to be with his people, and is a good family dog (a 1-yr old child is in the home).

Raider gets along with the household’s other two dogs and cats, though he might be a cat chaser if he’s allowed to do it. He will be a medium-large adult and is showing that he’s smart, responsive, and loves to learn. He needs a home where his puppiness is welcomed and accommodated, where he can learn to be a gentleman and will have tons of love, good care and playtime.

Raider is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He is being fostered in McKinleyville; call Jean at 839-3148 to meet Raider.
